ENGINEER
Engineers access a dedicated dashboard that highlights all inspections marked as failed within the last 1–90 days. Each case can be reviewed in detail, with the option to mark it as Resolved, Unresolved, or Cannot Fix. Photos and repair notes can be added before submitting the update, to give a clear record of the corrective action taken. All updates are automatically synced with the back office

OPERATIONS
Administrators oversee the entire inspection process through the back-office system, where all inspection data is captured in real time. They can create and manage user accounts, configure all inspection criteria to match the operational requirements, and set notifications for specific events. Every inspection, including faults with attached images and notes, is accessible for review, giving a full audit trail of vehicle condition.
